Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple, also known as Guruvayur Temple, is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. It is located in the town of Guruvayur in Thrissur district, Kerala, India. The temple is considered one of the most sacred and important pilgrimage sites for devotees of Lord Krishna.

The main deity of the Guruvayur Temple is Lord Krishna, depicted in the form of a four-armed idol holding the conch, discus, mace, and lotus. The idol is made of a unique mixture known as "Panchaloha," which consists of five metals. The temple follows strict rituals and traditions, and the idol is adorned with various ornaments and garments according to specific rituals and festive occasions.

The temple complex is vast and well-maintained. It features traditional Kerala architectural styles with a gopuram (tower) at the entrance adorned with intricate carvings and sculptures. The temple premises also include several other shrines dedicated to various deities, including Lord Ganesha, Lord Ayyappa, and Goddess Bhagavati.
