Madavoorpara Ancient Rock-cut Shiva Temple

It is a rock-cut cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva believed to have been built in 8th century. It is known for its architecture, as it was carved from a single rock and the bamboo bridge used as a pathway to the topmost part of the rock. Many bamboo huts are built for the visitors to rest and enjoy the venue. There is also an open stage built for exhibitions ,cultural events, childrens park and cafeteria. It is being developed to become a perfect recreational spot. Visit here to spend some time in a serene and secluded space to get refreshed.
